Refund Policy

Premium is a digital subscription to IBAGPT. It is billed in advance each month and gives you higher usage limits, longer context, and conversation summaries.

• Request a refund within 7 days of a charge if you have not substantially used that period's Premium allowance.
• No refund applies to usage already consumed or to requests made after the 7-day window.
• Free features carry no charge, so nothing to refund there.

Email info@ibagpt.com with your account email and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
